back in december, I blogged about the day I accompanied werner herzog and his cameraman peter zeitlinger to cape royds on a day of filming. werner's documentary, encounters at the end of the world, is now premiering at the toronto film festival to wide acclaim.

about a month ago, I was contacted by werner's production company. they had seen a photo I took of werner and peter and liked it. in fact, they liked it so much they wanted to use it for the film poster.
